For years Elizabeth and Kim were one step behind one another. They went to the same college, lived in the same dorms, even had wedding receptions at the same place only two months apart. They had their first children, both girls, within a month of each other. They both had their second children (a boy and a girl this time) a year later, only one week apart. They even lived in the same neighborhood. Funny that in that seven year stretch, where their paths likely crossed countless times, they'd never met!

When they were finally introduced it didn't take long to see how much they had in common. They were fast friends, and everyone thought they'd known each other all along.

Not long after their four children expanded to six children, Elizabeth came up with the idea for Little Sweeties. They'd begun making headbands for their own girls (four of them) and were always being asked to make them for friends. The headbands were a great fit for all of the girls, both big and small, and as soon as they could find more fabrics their friends were asking to see what was new!

Nearly two years later Elizabeth and Kim are still making headbands for their kids and friends, but are also distributing their Sweet and Sassy Headbands to several retail locations in Ohio and Illinois.
